Children are now welcome between the ages of 12 and 17 years to attend our rebounding classes, children must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 18. Starting from 26th September we have a brand new additional venue in Aylestone - Hella Gym which is a fantastic venue with a free car park, the pictures speak for themselves. We will be offering both Pilates and Rebounding Classes at this venue. Pilates every Monday at 6:30pm £6 PAYG and Rebounding every Monday at 7:30pm £6.50 PAYG. As with all our other venues we will be including the class passes for discounts on bulk classes.

We had a fantastic day at Western Park Festival on Saturday 30th July. We spoke to lots of people about Rebounding and Pilates, answering queries and supporting both adult and children to have a go on the Rebounders. Kevin the Cockapoo was the star of the show!
