Bounce Beyond Leicester offer two types of group exercise classes; Pilates and Rebounding. Pilates classes are functional; designed to improve and correct posture using both standing and mat-work exercises. Rebounding is a cardio workout to banging dance tunes in a club atmosphere; based on high quality studio rebounders also known as mini trampolines.
We have weekly Pilates classes every Monday at 6pm starting Monday 30th May, Rebounding classes every Tuesday @7:45pm and every Wednesday at 7:30pm from Tuesday 21st June. Head to the BOOK NOW page to secure your place.
