About Us

Bounce Beyond Leicester provides two types of group exercise classes; Pilates and Rebounding as well as Pilates online Zoom classes.  We also provide high energy bounce workshops for schools.  Pilates classes are functional; designed to improve and correct posture using both standing and mat-work exercises.  Rebounding is a cardio workout to banging dance tunes in a club atmosphere; based on high quality studio rebounders also known as mini trampolines. We currently have classes running in Braunstone, Western Park and Glen Parva. Children are welcome between the ages of 8 and 17 years to attend our rebounding classes, children must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 18. Friendly and welcoming fitness class involving lots of bouncing on a rebounder (mini trampoline). Classes are well structured into different sections, including regular breaks throughout. As an educator, I strongly believe in holistic development and providing varied opportunities for our students to explore their interests and talents. This trampolining class not only provided a fun-filled experience for our students, but also contributed significantly to their overall growth and development. I was impressed with the level of professionalism, expertise and enthusiasm displayed by the trampolining instructor, who ensured the safety of each and every student whilst encouraging them to push their limits and strive for excellence. The class was carefully tailored to meet the needs of students of all ages and abilities, and I was amazed at how quickly they developed their trampolining skills. I saw students who were initially hesitant to get on the trampoline, driven by the support and encouragement of their peers, and the skilled guidance of the instructor, not only participate actively, but also demonstrated remarkable progress in a short span of time. Both staff and students had a brilliant time and it was lovely to see the smiley faces as they left the hall. On a personal note, the staff session was excellent and a real challenge. It was as much a workout for the mind as it was for the body because the amount of concentration needed to get the co-ordination right was incredible! I’d thoroughly recommend it.

At Bounce Beyond Leicester Pilates Classes we teach ‘Functional Pilates’, we use a mixture of mat-work and standing exercises which are therapeutic and designed to correct and improve posture, alleviate and prevent future injury and address any imbalance.

Classes are 45 minutes in duration.

Class prices are £6 pay as you go and currently only online bookings and payments are accepted.

Refunds or transfers to an alternative date are permitted up to 48 hours prior to class commencement; you can do this by logging into your account.

Class Passes are available, 7 classes for the price of 6; add 7 classes to your basket; either Pilates or Rebounding (7 of the same class type) the discount will be applied automatically to the value of one free class at checkout.

Please bring with you:

1) Your own mat if you have one, however mats are available

2) A cushion, towel, yoga block or something you can roll/fold up and pop under your head or between your knees if necessary

3) A bottle of water

Please wear:

1) Comfortable soft clothing that allows you to move freely, avoid zips, belts and chunky bra clasps that may dig in when you are lying down.

2) Grippy socks or bare feet; for Pilates you can either be bare foot or keep your socks on, however non-grip socks will usually cause problems especially during standing exercises.

Please ensure you fully disclose any health or medical conditions or concerns when you arrive at class as per the Class Terms and Conditions.

ONLINE ZOOM Pilates @ 5:45pm Tuesdays

This class takes place on Zoom

Every Tuesday at 5:45 pm

Please join the session 5 – 10 minutes prior to class start time.

Once the session has formally started it will be ‘locked’ to prevent late comers disrupting the class in progress.

At Bounce Beyond Leicester Pilates Classes we teach ‘Functional Pilates’, we use a mixture of mat-work and standing exercises which are therapeutic and designed to correct and improve posture, alleviate and prevent future injury and address any imbalance.

Zoom Classes are 1 hour in duration to enable group interaction at the beginning and end of the class.

Zoom Class client numbers are capped at 11 to ensure the instructor is able to effectively see and coach each and every participant, high quality class delivery is our priority.

Class prices are £5.50 pay as you go and currently only online bookings and payments are accepted.

You can cancel your booking until 48 hours before the class starts, however the stripe fee will be deducted from the refund amount. You can reschedule your booking to an alternative class up until 8am on the day of the class. Please refer to the Terms and Conditions for more information about refunds and rescheduling.

Class Passes are available, instead of clicking on the ‘BOOK CLASS’ button please click ‘BOOK CLASS PASS’. You then have two options 10 classes for the price of 8; saving you 20% or 7 classes for the price of 6. ‘Class Pass’ dates do not have to be consecutive and you can always move your booking to an alternative date up until 8am on the day of the class by following the instructions in the T’s and C’s.

You will need:

1) A suitable exercise mat and sufficient space around you (lay on your back on your mat and do a snow angel! If you don’t hit anything you are good to go!)

2) A cushion, towel, yoga block or something you can roll/fold up and pop under your head or between your knees if necessary

3) A suitable device ideally bigger than a phone to ensure you are able to clearly see the instructor, a laptop is good but a TV or Monitor screen is better!

4) For the instructor to be able to effectively coach you through the exercises they need to be able to see you, please lay out your mat then check the camera on your device is able to capture this area.

Please wear:

1) Comfortable soft clothing that allows you to move freely, avoid zips, belts and chunky bra clasps that may dig in when you are lying down.

2) Grippy socks or bare feet; for Pilates you can either be bare foot or keep your socks on, however non-grip socks will usually cause problems especially during standing exercises.

Please ensure you fully disclose any health or medical conditions or concerns when you arrive at class as per the Class Terms and Conditions.
