For all classes you will need a stable internet connection and sound output; use headphone for an immersive experience!
For Bounce Classes you will need
· a ‘Studio Quality Rebounder’ on a stable even floor space
· Suitable fitness attire such as leggings/shorts and a t-shirt/vest
· Ladies a decent sports bra/crop top is essential!
· A comfortable pair of trainers that provide adequate support
· A drink of water and possibly a sweat towel
For Pilates Classes you will need
· an ‘exercise mat’ or adequate carpeted area with some floor space
· Suitable fitness attire such as leggings/shorts and a t-shirt/vest
· Some sessions involve the use of a resistance band
For RESIST Classes you will need
· an ‘exercise mat’ or adequate carpeted area with some floor space
· Suitable fitness attire such as leggings/shorts and a t-shirt/vest
· At least one resistance band
For STRETCH AND MOBILITY Classes you will need
· an ‘exercise mat’ or adequate carpeted area with some floor space
