Easy access to the hall, what time can I gain access to unload equipment? (bear in mind breakfast clubs’ etc): OUR PREFERENCE WOULD BE 7:30AM, PLEASE ENSURE YOU ALERT THE CARETAKER/SITE MANAGER OF MY EARLY ARRIVAL.

Do I need to vacate the hall for lunch? If so, please note between which times: The rebounders can be stacked to one wall taking up minimal room to cater for any hall usage, I do however require 20 mins take down and set back up.

Is there somewhere close to the hall I can park the van? Please bear in mind I have a lot of heavy equipment. The van is a Mercedes Sprinter LWB van (7 Metres Long & 2.4 Metres Wide) so please bear this in mind. I NEED to park as close as possible to unload. I manually carry each rebounder so parking any further than 10 meters away from the hall can cause a delay in time to set up. It is not possible to go up and down stairs more than 5 due to the weight of all the equipment If possible can the van please stay in the loading/unloading position so I can load back up without moving the van, it is not safe to move the van when children are in the area due to safety concerns?
