In the future there will be different subscriptions and subscription bundles to suit individual work out needs.
If you don’t have your own rebounder you can buy one from our shop, if you buy a rebounder from an alternative provider please ensure it is ‘studio quality’ and therefore fit for purpose.
- You can cancel or pause your subscription at any time, head to the ‘Customer Login Dashboard’ to make changes to your subscription
- When you cancel your subscription you will continue to have access for remainder of your subscription period
- The checkout page and your customer account shows when the next payment will automatically be taken unless you cancel
- If the payment fails, your subscription will end one day later; so you get an extra day if the payment fails for any reason enabling you to continue your workouts!

What to expect
Cardiovascular based training class with some sculpting and toning exercises thrown in for good measure; all choregraphed to music and based on a ‘rebounder’!
Rebounding is a type of aerobic exercise that is performed by jumping on a mini-trampoline. Rebounding is very gentle on your joints; allowing you to work your cardiovascular system, burn large amounts of calories without being taxing on your body. Rebounding will improve your endurance, strength, bone density, increase your coordination, improve insulin sensitivity, improve heart health, decrease blood pressure, decrease cellulite and body fat, it’s also anti-inflammatory and anti-ageing! Rebounding burns calories faster than walking, swimming, or running.

Resistance based training class choreographed to music using a combination of body weight exercises and various pieces of small equipment for added challenge to sculpt and tone your body!
Resistance training is absolutely vital for everyone, it is an essential part of a well-rounded health and fitness programme. Muscle tone and development increases your metabolic rate, supports good joint health and enables us to live independent, full and active life styles.

Your basal metabolic rate (BMR) is the rate at which your body burns calories, whilst cardio training burns calories at the time of exercising; the most effective way to increase your BMR is through resistance based training. Whether performing body weight exercises such as squats, lifting weights or using resistance bands and tubes; resistance training not only creates muscle tone making you look better it substantially increases your BMR making it the most effective tool for weight loss!
You will need a one or more resistance bands to participate in this class and either a carpeted area or an exercise mat – here

Designed to lengthen muscles and enhance mobility, these sessions focus on deep, mindful stretches that promote relaxation and recovery. Whether you’re easing post-workout tightness or simply looking to move better, these classes will leave you feeling refreshed supple and recharged.
Move with ease and fluidity with dynamic mobilising flow sessions. Combining gentle stretches, controlled movements and joint focused exercises, these sessions enhance mobility, stability and overall body function. Perfect for all levels, an ideal way to loosen up, improve movement patterns and feel more agile in daily life.
Laura is not uber flexible, so at no point will you feel shamed that you can’t do the splits etc!
