REBOUNDER GIVEAWAY – TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. The promotion
    The Promoter is giving away one brand-new Bounce Beyond Pro Studio Rebounder 40” (MK1) to one winner selected at random from all eligible entries.
    There is no entry fee.
  1. Eligibility
    The promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over, excluding employees of the Promoter, their immediate family members and anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
  1. How to enter
    To enter via Instagram or Facebook, participants must:
  1. Follow Bounce Beyond Leicester
  2. Like the competition post
  3. Tag a friend in the comments

Only one entry per person will be counted.

Entries must be made through the relevant competition post and must be received before the closing date and time.

  1. Opening and closing dates
    The promotion opens at 13:00 BST (UK time) Friday 9th October 2026
    The promotion closes at 13:00 BST (UK time) Wednesday 25th November 2026
    Entries received after the closing date and time will not be valid.
  1. The prize
    The prize is one brand-new Bounce Beyond Pro Studio Rebounder 40” (MK1).
    The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.
    The Promoter reserves the right to provide a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside the Promoter’s reasonable control.
  1. Winner selection
    One winner will be selected at random from all valid eligible entries received before the closing date.
    The winner will be selected using a random computerised selection process.
    The Promoter will retain a record of the winner-selection process.
  1. Contacting the winner
    The winner will be contacted via the social-media account used to enter within 7 days of the closing date.
    The winner must respond within 7 days of being contacted and provide their full name, full UK address for postage and email address for 6 Months On-Demand Package.
    If the winner does not respond within this period, or is found not to have complied with these terms and conditions, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner at random.
  1. Delivery of the prize
    The Promoter will arrange delivery of the prize to the winner’s UK address.
    The prize will be dispatched within 30 days of the winner confirming their details.
    The Promoter will not be responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control.
  1. Winner announcement
    The Promoter may announce the full name of the winner, or the winner’s social-media username, in accordance with applicable promotional marketing requirements.
    The winner may object to their details being published by contacting the Promoter.
    The Promoter may nevertheless provide information to the Advertising Standards Authority if required to demonstrate that a valid award took place.
  1. Disqualification
    The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries which are incomplete, fraudulent, automated, duplicated, offensive, or otherwise do not comply with these terms and conditions.
  1. Personal information
    Personal information provided by entrants will be used only for the purposes of administering the competition and contacting the winner, unless the entrant has separately provided valid consent for their information to be used for marketing purposes.
    Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.
  1. Social media platforms
    This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram.
    By entering the promotion, participants agree that Facebook and Instagram have no responsibility or liability in relation to the promotion.
  1. General
    The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the promotion only where circumstances outside its reasonable control make this necessary.
    The Promoter’s decision regarding the administration of the promotion and selection of the winner is final, subject to applicable law.
    These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
